SUDHA COOKS LIVE AT THE NEC
Saffron Restaurant’s award-winning chef Sudha Shankar Saha has been invited to join top chefs from throughout the UK to give live cooking demonstrations during the Food & Drink Expo at the NEC, March 21-24th.
Sudha, who is Executive Head Chef at the highly acclaimed venue on Wolverhampton Road, will demonstrate his skills to more than 20,000 visitors expected to attend the four day event – the largest of its kind in the UK.
