Birmingham chef Sudha Shankar Saha took Centre Stage at Hotelympia in London as part of its 75th anniversary celebrations.
The talented Executive Chef from Saffron fine dining Indian restaurant on Wolverhampton Road, Birmingham joined celebrity chefs including Gary Rhodes to demonstrate their cookery skills in front of hundreds of visitors to the five day event.
