SUDHA INTO FINALS OF BRITISH TURKEY AWARDS
Head Chef at Saffron, Sudha Shankar Saha, has been shortlisted for ‘CHEF OF THE YEAR’ category at the British Turkey Awards 2009. Sudha’s dishes include Stuffed Turkey Tikka, Turkey Sheekh Kebab and Cranberry Scented Tikka Masala Sauce, so no shortage of turkey there.
